Agency Liaison Services

Agency Liaison Services was developed to provide our Agency Travel
Reduction Coordinators with effective outreach support. Each Agency
Travel Reduction Coordinator is responsible for conducting the Annual
Travel Reduction Survey, implementing Agency Travel Reduction Plans, and
distributing marketing materials for their agency. Each agency is
responsible for achieving their legislatively mandated travel reduction
goals through the implementation of commute reducing strategies
contained in their Agency Travel Reduction Plan. Our Agency Liaison is
here to work closely with each coordinator to facilitate the
implementation of Agency Travel Reduction Plans and oversees the
administration of the Annual Travel Reduction survey at all of our
mandatory sites. Based on Survey results, Agency Liaison Services
evaluates existing strategies for effectiveness and develops and
implements plan modifications when deemed necessary. The Agency Liaison
is also available to consult with agency directors and
managers/supervisors on overall travel reduction planning.
