An annual survey provides us a detailed picture of employee commute habits at your agency's work site(s).  Your survey data is utilized to evaluate the effectiveness of your Travel Reduction Plan and to ascertain the need for new or revised travel reduction measures.  Your agency's plan currently contains a number of "standard measures" designed to encourage more employees to share the ride to work or work from home (telework).  A list of optional trip reduction measures is provided if your agency desires to do something extra.   The ultimate goal is to reduce the number of employees  who drive alone to work (within Maricopa County) to 60 percent or less.
